    The experimental investigations were conducted between May and June, utilizing a total of five male calves (aged 4-6 months) and five female calves (aged 5-6 months) of the Japanese Black breed.

    In order to assess the effects, a single intravenous injection of Kp10 at an amount of 5 micrograms per kilogram of body weight was administered. The results indicated a significant increase in stimulation of LH and follicle stimulating hormone release in both male and female calves following the intravenous injection (P<0.05). 

    Additionally, a single intramuscular injection of Kp10 at the same amount also resulted in a significant increase in stimulation of both LH and follicle stimulating hormone release in male calves (P<0.05), although the response observed was comparatively smaller than that observed after the intravenous injection.

    These findings suggest that Kp10 has the ability to stimulate the release of LH and follicle stimulating hormone in both male and female calves, with a greater response observed in males at this particular stage of development. 

    Furthermore, the study also indicates that Kp10 does not influence the release of GH in male and female calves, and the LH- and follicle stimulating hormone releasing effect of Kp10 is more pronounced following an intravenous injection compared to an intramuscular injection in calves.

It can also act as a solution to spermatogenesis in congenital hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (CHH) in males.

      Using a pulsatile Gonadorelin pump (PGP) allowed researchers to discover that it can induce higher and earlier spermatogenesis. Recent studies also showed that this route is more effective than hCG/HMG.

      An additional study that included ten male subjects for PGP showed promising results for the induction of spermatogenesis. Nine out of ten subjects experienced a successful outcome thanks to PGP. The study also showed that PGP was much quicker at inducing spermatogenesis. 

      It’s also important to note that the use of a PGP does have potential side effects – however, research indicates that the potential side effects of Gonadorelin are limited and include headache, nausea, dizziness, and allergic reaction on the skin
