Storage & handling
Peptides are photo- and temperature-sensitive; handle per standard laboratory practice.
- Lyophilized storage: Keep the sealed vial cool, dry, and protected from light. For longer-term storage, freezing is standard practice for lyophilized peptides.
- After reconstitution: Refrigerate (approximately 2–8 °C) and follow your institution’s SOPs for aliquoting, handling, and disposal. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
- Diluent not included: A suitable laboratory diluent and reconstitution supplies are not provided with this product.
- UV-resistant glass vial to help protect photo-labile peptides during storage.
- Tamper-evident seal to support chain-of-custody and inventory controls.
Why source Kisspeptin-10 from Sports Technology Labs
Quality control across the research-peptide industry is inconsistent, and many suppliers do not publish third-party testing for their products. Independent verification of identity and purity is essential for reproducible research.
Verified by MZ Biolabs (Tucson, AZ), an accredited US laboratory, via HPLC and mass spectrometry, with batch-linked COAs.
Freeze-dried into sterile, UV-resistant glass vials and packaged in the USA.
Supports chain-of-custody, label transparency, and batch-linked traceability.
Transparent business, standard payment methods, no misrepresentation.
What is Kisspeptin-10?
Kisspeptin-10 (KP-10) is a synthetic decapeptide corresponding to the C-terminal ten amino acids of kisspeptin, the peptide product of the KISS1 gene (also historically called metastin). Mechanistically, it is an agonist of the kisspeptin receptor (KISS1R, also known as GPR54), a G-protein-coupled receptor.
In the research literature, kisspeptin–KISS1R signaling is studied for its role in the neuroendocrine regulation of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). It is used as a research chemical to investigate this signaling pathway in experimental models.
Kisspeptin-10 is an experimental research chemical, supplied strictly for laboratory research. Sports Technology Labs makes no claims regarding its effects, and nothing in this listing should be interpreted as describing outcomes in humans or animals.
Important regulatory information
Kisspeptin-10 is an investigational research peptide. It is not approved by the FDA and is not a drug, food, dietary supplement, or cosmetic. Marketing it for human use is unlawful.
Kisspeptin-10 acts on the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis. The World Anti-Doping Agency prohibits luteinizing hormone (LH) and its releasing factors in males under category S2. Athletes should consult the current WADA Prohibited List and their anti-doping authority regarding kisspeptin and related peptides.
In the United States, Kisspeptin-10 is not a controlled substance and may be legally purchased and possessed for laboratory research use. Other jurisdictions may regulate it differently.
Sports Technology Labs are chemical suppliers, not medical providers. We do not condone or encourage consumer use of research compounds.
