Orders

What’s my order status? How can I track my order?

Upon placing an order, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment after your order has finished processing via your email on file.

I placed my order, but did not see an order confirmation.

Occasionally, our emails may be automatically routed to your Promotions or Spam folders. To ensure receipt of your order confirmation, please check the applicable folder. If you cannot locate it, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO/Military Addresses?

We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO or other Military Addresses.

What countries do you ship too?

Due to postal regulations and reliability constraints, we are currently only shipping to the United States. To keep informed of any changes in the future, please sign up for our email list.

How quickly will my products be shipped?

At Sports Technology Labs, we take pride in our dedication to prompt service, shipping orders 6 days a week. Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day, with domestic deliveries typically taking 3-5 business days, barring any unforeseen route-specific delays.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?

We are pleased to offer wholesale pricing for larger orders. To receive a discounted rate, please contact us directly prior to placing your order.

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free shipping for US orders over $149 and International orders over $299.

Do I have to sign for my Delivery?

Only packages over $500 require signature.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I modify my order once placed?

If you need to make changes to an order that has already been submitted for processing, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Please note that changes can only be made prior to order shipment.

How do I exchange my product?

We are pleased to offer customers the ability to exchange any unused items within 60 days of purchase at no additional cost. To initiate an exchange, please indicate the exchange request within your return box and allow 1-2 days for the processing and reshipment of your order.

What payment methods do you take?

We accept Credit Cards, E-check, Zelle, and Cryptocurrency through our website. For more information on payment methods, see our page on how to pay.

Why did my credit card payment fail?

Common reasons for credit card failure: Billing address OR phone number do not match the card on file, bank is set to block international transactions, purchase timed out after 15 minutes, or card has previously been flagged. Some browsers and VPN’s may interfere with purchases so if all of your information is correct please try again from a different browser or device.

Can you use a gift card, or prepaid card to make a purchase?

We regret to inform you that we cannot accept gift cards or prepaid cards as forms of payment due to the difficulty of verifying the age of the purchaser.

Where is my order confirmation (cryptocurrency)?

If you have not received an order confirmation after paying with cryptocurrency, please reach out to us at [email protected] and include: Name, Order ID, items ordered, and your blockchain confirmation.

Quality and Legality

Are SARMs Legal?

Yes. SARMs are research chemicals. They are legal to purchase for research only. They are not FDA approved to treat any kind of condition. SARMs are NOT dietary or sports supplements.

Why do some of your COA's show over 100% purity?

The reference standard that 3rd party labs use to measure products against is also minimum 98% purity. In the case that our products come purer than the reference standard, a result as high as 101.9% can be seen on the test indicating a 98% reference standard and 99.9% pure sample.

How are you able to offer such competitive prices?

Our prices are based on operational costs plus a small margin that allows us to invest in the development of new products. Our leverage is volume and industry experience. We purchase materials in bulk to take advantage of economies of scale in manufacturing and quality control.

Storage and Product Information

Does my product come with a measuring device?

Liquid SARMS come with an included 1ml dropper, which is equivalent to 1 ml of fluid when full. This dropper is provided to ensure accurate and contamination-free measurements. We recommend purchasing a scale with 0.001mg accuracy for use with powdered formulas.

What if my liquid SARMs freeze or crash out of suspension?

Because we don’t use exotic solvents, sometimes this can happen even in proper storage conditions. Simply run the bottle under warm water and shake to disperse contents for accurate measurement.

How should I store your products?

SARMs should be stored at room temperature out of direct light. Do not refrigerate liquid SARMs. Peptides should be refrigerated after reconstitution.

What is the shelf life of my product?

We guarantee 24 months from the date of purchase for liquid SARMs.

What are your liquid SARMs suspended in?

USP Grade Polyethylene Glycol 400
