Orders

Upon placing an order, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment once your order has been processed and sent to your email.

Occasionally, our emails may be automatically routed to your Promotions or Spam folders. To ensure receipt of your order confirmation, please check the applicable folder. If you cannot locate it, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping

We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO or other Military Addresses.

Due to postal regulations and reliability constraints, we are currently only shipping to the United States. To keep informed of any changes in the future, please sign up for our email list.

At Sports Technology Labs, we take pride in our dedication to prompt service, shipping orders 6 days a week. Orders are typically shipped within one business day, with domestic deliveries usually taking 3-5 business days, barring any unforeseen route-specific delays.

We are pleased to offer wholesale pricing for larger orders. To receive a discounted rate, please get in touch with us directly before placing your order.

Yes, we offer free shipping for US orders over $149 and International orders over $299.

Only packages over $500 require a signature.

Returns and Exchanges

If you need to make changes to an order that has already been submitted for processing, please contact our support team at Info@sportstechnologylabs.com. Please note that changes can only be made before the order is shipped.

We are pleased to offer customers the ability to exchange any unused items within 60 days of purchase at no additional cost. To initiate an exchange, please indicate the exchange request within your return box and allow 1-2 days for the processing and reshipment of your order.

Quality and Legality

Yes. SARMs are research chemicals. They are legal to purchase for research only. They are not FDA-approved to treat any condition. SARMs are NOT dietary or sports supplements.

The reference standard that third-party labs use to measure products against is also a minimum of 98% purity. If our products are purer than the reference standard, a result as high as 101.9% can be seen on the test, indicating a 98% reference standard and a 99.9% pure sample.

Our prices are based on operational costs plus a small margin that allows us to invest in the development of new products. Our leverage is volume and industry experience. We purchase materials in bulk to take advantage of economies of scale in manufacturing and quality control.

Storage and Product Information

Liquid SARMS come with an included 1 mL dropper, which is equivalent to 1 mL of fluid when full. This dropper is provided to ensure accurate and contamination-free measurements. We recommend purchasing a scale with 0.001mg accuracy for use with powdered formulas.

Because we don’t use exotic solvents, sometimes this can happen even in proper storage conditions. Run the bottle under warm water and shake to disperse contents for accurate measurement.

SARMs should be stored at room temperature out of direct light. Do not refrigerate liquid SARMs. Peptides should be refrigerated after reconstitution.

We guarantee 24 months from the date of purchase for liquid SARMs.
