Return Policy
US Domestic Customers
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 60 days of your purchase for a full refund. Sports Technology Labs will not cover the cost of return shipping.
If a US domestic item does not arrive due a USPS problem, we will offer full money back or a replacement. If an item is marked as “delivered” by USPS and the customer cannot find it, we do not offer money back.
International Customers
If an international shipment does not make it through US customs, we offer one free reshipment or full money back. However, if the shipment passes through US customs but is held by foreign customs or a foreign delivery service loses a package, we do not offer money back. You are responsible for knowing the up to date laws of your country.
If an item makes its way to a U.S. export center, such as New York, NY or Miami, FL, it is viewed as having passed to a foreign delivery service, even if no further update is made.
Return Procedure
If you would like to return an item, please email us at [email protected]. We will tell you the return address, and will issue a refund as soon as we receive it and verify its condition. Items can be returned within 60 days.
The customer is responsible for paying for and printing the return mailing label.
Refund Method
If you need a refund, Sports Technology Labs will refund your payment in the way it was originally transmitted to us.
Shipping Policy
We have a 1-day handling time on all orders.
We currently ship only via USPS First Class, or USPS Priority if the package weighs enough.
We do not have control over how quickly USPS delivers packages, but our packages typically arrive anywhere in the US within 2-5 business days after shipment, and arrive internationally within 6-10 days. Sometimes, due to customs issues, international orders may take longer than the expected amount of time.
Payment Policy
Buyers must be over the age of 18 to purchase from our website. We accept payment through our website with Credit Cards, Checks, Bitcoin, and can accommodate Peer-to-peer payment methods. If these do not work for you, email us at [email protected] to discuss other options.
Billing Policy
The customer is only billed one time, at the point of sale. There are no additional fees beyond the price listed on the sales page except for the MAX REDEMPTION payment method which charges a small fee.
